Hi,

My roommate is moving out mid-May and I am looking for someone to take her room from June to the end of August/ early to mid September. The room is good sized, with its own closet. The apartment itself is big and beautiful-1000 square feet-with a long hallway, new floors in the kitchen, split bath with a claw-foot tub, and an outdoor area with bbq, table and chairs and some plants. Internet and digital cable included, laundromat directly across the street. Close to shops, parks, restaurants, Union and Polk night life.

About me: I am a writer working full-time in Novato. I tend to get up pretty early, so heavy sleepers and early risers are best. I have two dogs-a 1-yr old lab who is a bundle of fun energy and a 13 yr old pug who is quiet and sleeps most of the time. The dogs are a big feature of the apartment (noisy, energetic, fun…), so liking dogs is essential. They are not very good at sharing, so I’m ruling out roommates with pets of any kind.

I am active, healthy, professional, pretty quiet most of the time and looking for the same in a roommate.

I’ll be showing the place in about 2 weeks, so write about yourself and ask any questions. $1200/ month includes all utilities.
